This website is run by Infinity Marketing, based in Kildare, Ireland. [Registered company name and number, once registered.] For any question about your information, email cathy@infinitymarketing.ie or call 087 917 8561.
We only collect what you choose to send us through the forms on this site: your name, email address, and optionally your phone number, company name and message.
We use your details to reply to your enquiry and, if you go on to work with us, to provide our services. Our legal basis is your consent when you submit a form, and our legitimate interest in responding to business enquiries. We do not sell your information or add you to marketing lists without asking.
Form messages are delivered to us by FormSubmit (formsubmit.co), a form delivery service. Our email is hosted by Titan (titan.email). This website is hosted on GitHub Pages and uses fonts served by Google Fonts. These providers may process your information outside the European Economic Area under appropriate safeguards.
Enquiries that don't lead to work are deleted within 12 months. Client records are kept for as long as required for business and tax purposes.
You can ask to see, correct or delete the information we hold about you, or object to how we use it. Email cathy@infinitymarketing.ie and we will respond within one month. You also have the right to complain to the Data Protection Commission (dataprotection.ie).
This website does not use advertising or tracking cookies. If we add visitor statistics, we will use a privacy friendly tool that does not set cookies or identify you, and we will update this page.
